Where we ship
solocosmo.org ships within the United States only. If you are ordering from outside the US, please see our international orders page.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on US orders over $35. Under $35, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Made to order
Almost everything in this shop is printed to order, which means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your piece to be made before it ships. Canvas, acrylic panels and puzzles can take a little longer. Original paintings ship within 3 business days.
Returns
If a piece arrives damaged or the wrong item turns up, email hello@solocosmo.org within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind on printed goods. Original paintings may be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
